    Simple Ways to Feel Happy, Peaceful and Full of Gratitude.

    Hello friends! As the season changes and the days are shorter, I have been feeling a real sense of wanting to simplify and slow down. This episode discusses four ways that I find really helpful in doing just that! I talk about my experience with trying minimalism, how an attitude of gratitude makes me so appreciative of my life and all those who are in it, finding joy in mundane tasks is the secret to life, and how being present is so important. I give little ideas and tips that have helped me in this season of slowing down and appreciating all the goodness. Hope you enjoy!

    Work/Life Balance and Returning from Maternity Leave.

    Lately work/life balance has been on my mind a lot, and it no doubt has to do with me getting my ducks in a row to return to my job from mat leave. Although I still have a few months to go, I talk about the steps I am taking to make the transition easier, and how I have found my relationship with work has changed since having kids.
