    Don't talk about it, JOURNAL IT!

    You ever told your friends/family/SO something and it comes back to bite you..? You get those "I told you so's" or that un-asked for opinion on what THEY would've done in the situation.. OR, they cannot let go of what YOU went through, so they try to keep you stuck when you already moved past it?? Yeah... me too. That's why I no longer talk to many people about what it is I am going through.. I just journal it.
