I love listening to Jen and hearing her talk out her thought process on the going ons in the world. She is very insightful and does deep dives into her and other people’s quirks. It leaves me with an overall sense of well being.

The best no matter what it's called

You can change the name, but you keep delivering a great podcast. You make me laugh, you make me think, and I learn something almost every week (that breathing technique from Dennis Anderson is the greatest!)

Great great podcast!

Jen’s podcast was one of first I ever consistently listened to over two and a half years ago after watching both her Netflix specials: I’m Gonna Die Alone (and I Feel Fine) and Just Keep Livin’ and I really relate to her Gen-X point of view, being an older millennial myself, the youngest of four sisters and growing up Catholic. I remember thinking within the first 5 minutes of listening - I know this person! I grew up with this person.

Jen just seems real. She cuts through the BS of topics of the day, while also delving deep on why she feels that way she feels about a particular subject. I also find that her podcast is unique in that it’s been around longer than a minute, isn’t an celebrity interview podcast, and most importantly, is solo hosted. This is f’ing refreshing! I can’t stand the schtick of co-hosts one-upping each with witty comebacks. It’s annoying and I’m too old and tired to listen to that kind of podcast.

Having Funlessness is perfect for all these reasons. So give it a listen, subscribe to her email newsletter, and go see her on tour.
