    Stress Relief in the Moment and Longer Term (EW03)

    Knowing how to respond to stress in the moment can be difficult. But it is important to have a “go-to” response when you are starting to feel stress. Rubbing your temples, “tapping,” deep breathing, or “going to your happy place” and positive affirmations can be ways to just take a few moments to yourself in your moment of need. Take a deep breath, get oxygen to your brain for clear thinking, and consider the BEST response.
