Developing Self Belief and Mental Toughness With IRON Cowboy

When you think about difficult exercise, what comes to mind? Maybe doing sprints, or doing a heavy weight training workout?  How about running a marathon? That's like the pinnacle of mental and physical endurance, right? Well, not for IRON Cowboy. IRON Cowboy is a full determined father, husband, and triathlete who just completed the impossible... In 2021, IRON Cowboy completed 100  full-distance triathlon races, in 101 consecutive days... Yep! You heard that right. One full-distance triathlon race consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mike bike ride, and 26.2 mile run. Wow. Without a doubt, this is the biggest physical and mental strength accomplishment ever. During the race James had a team of people assisting throughout the day. He would have deep tissue work done every night (typically falling asleep during the process) and would eat as much food as possible.
