Absolutely amazing

This podcast has been a revelation: I simply can’t get enough of it. I can’t put my finger on what specifically draws me in, but Josiah has a terrific flow and way of talking with and to his guests. Cannot recommend it enough.

Fun, Personal Gaming Community Interviews

The 1099 does a wonderful job of holding well-paced, fun interviews with the people inside gaming journalism and development. If you’re interested in the more personal side of game development, you will enjoy The 1099. If you’re a fan of Giant Bomb, you’ll enjoy it even more!

good guests, interviewer needs work

i like hearing the thoughts of all the press and industry folks that josiah talks to, but he has a tendency to answer his own questions while asking and/or ask like 50 questions at once and it sometimes leaves the other person with nowhere to go.
