    *PREVIEW SNIPPET* Dave Seaman featuring Poloroid - So Damn Beautiful (Dub Mix)

    Some tracks are inextricably linked with certain DJs. Poloroid’s ‘So Damn Beautiful’ is a case in point. Not only is it a signature tune for Dave Seaman, but arguably its success and longevity are a direct result of his unstinting belief in and support for it. Our story starts in 1999, when Dave first heard Danielle Rowe’s dulcet tones wrapped around the infectious title hook. He was mid-curation for what would become Global Underground 12: Buenos Aires, and as this was his debut for what was then the hottest DJ Mix series on the planet, sourcing and securing upfront exclusives was a must. ‘So Damn Beautiful’ went straight to the top of his wish list. Such was the resultant buzz, a crossover chart placing, a Brothers in Rhythm remix, soundtracking a couple of the England football team’s most memorable ‘00s victories and featuring in the Emmy winning Nip/Tuck all followed. So, it is only fitting for this epic song to be a centrepiece of Dave’s debut album. However, never one to look back, Dave has revisited and re-energised it via a brace of brand new interpretations which place it at the heart of the 2026 soundscape. And so it is, that on October 23rd we journey to the centre of the dancefloor via two weapons grade bangers, the vocal and dub mixes shining a light on this evergreen, much loved vocal underpinned by fittingly beautiful motifs and still kicking like the proverbial mule.
