Kendra offers kind, compassionate advice and support for helping you decide what’s important to you for everything from meal planning to getting dressed. Her words are supportive, thoughtful and reassuring as she reminds you to live in your season, start small with changes, and do what makes you feel like a person. She is one of my favorite people on the internet and I have read all her books. Kendra feels like my friend even though I’ve never met her.

This was recommended to me as a parenting podcast, and while it is SO much more than that, I’m always hesitant to jump into parenting podcasts because they can be so judgmental or have hidden agendas. Let me tell you now: this is the least judgmental thing you will ever listen to. Kendra will not yuck your yum. There is no habit you could have that Kendra will make you feel bad about. This may be one of the last truly wholesome things on the internet. I’ve learned so much from Kendra that has directly improved my life. She includes ideas from the community too, which are like “life hacks” I never would have thought of, and I have implemented some of them too. As for the parenting aspect, don’t let that scare you away if you’re not a parent, it is really a minor part of the podcast. The goal of this podcast is to organize your thoughts about your life. And it succeeds. I am so glad I came here from Office Ladies! Don’t miss Kendra’s tattoo story, it had me rolling.

Kendra is the woman with a plan. She’s got amazing big sister energy I didn’t know I needed. Love the topics covered and the compassionate, practical advice offered. I’ve learned so much from this podcast. A must listen!
