This podcast is a joy to listen to, and I’ve learned so much about the history of American space flight from it. I learned about it when JP, the show’s creator, happened to mention it in conversation on Reddit talking about shows with similar formats to Mike Duncan’s now-legendary History of Rome series: a long series of very short, digestible, mostly history-themed podcasts that were well researched and easy to listen to. It has quickly become a favorite, especially as I’ve finally been watching For All Mankind, an Apple show about an alternate history space program, and this pod has actually helped me understand a lot of the science that inspired that show.
