I'm very thankful for Chris' efforts to broadcast the digital nomad lifestyle to the world via YouTube and this very well-produced podcast. I've listened to every single episode and always look forward to the next one. I welcome wholeheartedly any experiments in this genre and I am absolutely sure that whatever Chris comes up with will be engaging and captivating as always. Some day soon I will be in Chiang Mai and will use Chris' guidance to save me time researching cafes, coworking spaces and other resources. Here is to many more!
Invaluable Advice

Advice offered on his podcasts should be mandatory listening! Chris is an invaluable resource to the digital nomad movement and his advice is priceless. I've never traveled outside of North America, so listening to Chris and his guests is just one way to imagine what my life would be like living and working as a traveling digital nomad. Definitely check out all of his podcasts, his website, and his youtube channel!
Great podcast! Must listen for entrepreneurs!

I work 40 hours per week. I work in a fixed location. My job is so heavily regimented that I even have to ask permission (like a child) to use the restroom. All aspects of my professional life at this stage are, if I'm honest, a little soul crushing. I have absolutely zero autonomy in my current occupation. It is of little comfort to me that most of us work for corporations that are, by nature, designed to get as much out of us as possible while giving us as little as possible in return. It is also of little comfort to me, that even if I were to find a "better job" I would still be operating under some form of the corporation/ employee paradigm mentioned earlier. Lifestyle design and the digital nomad movement ask the question "Does it always have to be this way?" Content creators like Chris Are here to answer that question, "No, it doesn't and let me show you a better way." So is this podcast worth your time? Only if you'd like some autonomy back in your life. I for one, am really looking forward to getting to a place where I don't have to ask permission to use the restroom.

Chris seemed very well prepared with interesting question. As someone who will soon be pursuing the digital nomad lifestyle, it is encouraging to be listening to someone talking about my dream while I work. Keep up the good work chris!
Very Informative

I stumbled upon Chris's YouTube channel a little over a month ago when I was looking for channels of digital nomads around my age that recently finished college or any other form of higher education (I'm 22 btw). I'm from the US, but my family was born in the Caribbean, and I live a couple hours away from Canaada. Up until last year, I never left the North America. When I graduated college, I took a trip to Europe, as my graduation present and I was immediately struck with the travel bug. I visited my mom's friend in London, and he has a daughter a little older then me who likes to go on extended trips internationally. In a life that I once thought was impossible to live unless you're rich, seemed to be more doable than I thought. When I return back to the states I started following blogs and YouTube channels about people who've travel around the world non-stop to live a more simpler life: from English teachers, to charity workers to freelancers, to digital entrepreneurs. The more I learned about the many ways to travel, the more doable this life seemed. Like many digital nomads, I aspired a life in the corporate world, but as I got closer and closer to graduation, I felt like that life wasn't for me especially after taking internships relevant to my field of study (accounting/finance). I began to reassess my likes/dislikes and skills that I could utilize to live a more location dependent life. I haven't come across many travel podcasts. He, and I think this is a great podcast for millennials like me that are looking for career options outside of the traditional path we were all once taught in grade school and higher education.
A budding interviewer talent, upbeat, and insightful
07/07/2016
I've been watching Chris' YouTube channel for several weeks and I like the direction he's taking it. The vlogs on day-in-the-life and week-in-the-life are entertaining, but the newer videos (and now this podcast) interviewing people creating their own unique work/play/live stories are a great resource for new and wannabe digital nomads, and maybe even for seasoned nomads who may feel a bit directionless. Chris' interviews are growing more insightful over time about bigger picture questions of vision and purpose. You can see his progression as an interviewer in just a few short months. Chris always has a smile on his face in his videos, which makes you wonder what bits of fun he's having without letting on, and he's always upbeat. I have tons of content channels subscribed on various platforms, to maybe consume "when there's time (ha!)" but this podcast is one I'll be making an effort to make time for.
