Could Be Better

Heard "AMAZING" three times in the first 5 minutes. Get a Thesaurus! The Smithsonian hostess' voice rises at the end of most sentences whether or not she is asking a question. A course in public speaking or Toastmasters teaches one how to moderate the voice.
