MStefano Running is a group of friends that went outside their comfort zone in 2012 and started training to run in fun runs as well as mud runs and other events. We urge others to get off the couch and go for a run or even a walk. Exercise is great for the mind and body. We hope you enjoy listening to our adventures and consider trying one for yourself.

    We had plans to do an athlete interview this week but language barriers slowed things down a bit.  Quick reminder that if you speak another language in addition to English, we would love the help of a translator to reduce the barriers to communication with athletes! MStefano Running is a group of friends that went outside their comfort zone in 2012 and started training to run in fun runs as well as mud runs and other events.
