Practical, useful, fact and experience based information
She lays out the information you want and need quickly, and provides links if you want to go deeper. Not a lot of useless filler talk, she is well prepared and efficient in her presentation.
Her information is based in fact and personal experience, and her intention seems to be to help listeners get good results, not to promote any philosophy about gardening (or conservation, or sustainability, etc). She talks about what she knows to work, rather than simply repeating commonly held, but substantiated, recommendations.
