    Phoenix Suns SPIRALING After UNACCEPTABLE LOSS To Hornets - Will They Recover?

    The downward spiral continues as the Phoenix Suns turned in one of their most disappointing performances of the season, a 127-107 loss to the Charlotte Hornets. With the loss, Phoenix falls to 42-35 on the season and has now lost two of three games on its four-game Eastern Conference trip.   After scoring 41 points in the opening frame, the Suns managed just 66 points over the final three quarters and their porous defense allowed 127 points on 51.6% field goal shooting.     POSTGAME: Phoenix Suns STRUGGLE In Dillon Brooks Return & COLLAPSE LATE To Magic

    The Phoenix Suns came up short Tuesday, suffering a close 115-111 loss at the hands of the Orlando Magic. The game marked Dillon Brooks’ first appearance in over a month, and he finished the game with nine points on 4-of-13 shooting in 22 minutes. It was also a rough outing for Jalen Green, who saw just 20 minutes of action and scored eight points on 3-of-10 shooting.   As for positives, Devin Booker scored a game-high 34 points, thanks in large part to his 16 makes from the charity stripe. It was not enough to keep up with the Magic’s balanced attack, as four players finished in double figures, led by Desmond Bane’s 21 points. The loss ends Phoenix’s two-game winning streak and it falls to 42-34 on the season.     The Phoenix Suns have officially clinched a winning season, moving to 42-33 on the year with a dominant 131-105 win over the Memphis Grizzlies Monday. Memphis put up a fight but Phoenix used a 40-16 fourth quarter to pull away and take care of business.   Devin Booker led the way with 36 points on 16-of-24 shooting while Jalen Green added 21 points on 9-of-18 shooting from the field. While the Suns were again without five key players, they enjoyed contributions from across the board.
