This is amazing!!

I think this is so awesome!! It's the first of its kind and I think MannMukti is doing amazing things to change the perspective of mental health in South Asian communities! The podcasters are not only good at interviewing but also great at listening to the people who are being interviewed. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in mental health and particularly those who are interested in mental health with regards to the south Asian community.

A much needed podcast

Stories of stigma is such as fantastic podcast. It is a great blend of accurate educational material from professionals in the mental health field as well powerful stories from individuals in the South Asian community who have experienced mental health concerns. One of my favorite quotes from a recent episode called The Science of Mental Illness summed up the issue of stigma so perfectly. Dr. Lund said that "stigma occurs beause of lack of information". Mann Mukti is doing an amazing job with the podcast by reducing stigma through knowledge, information, and storytelling.
