What happened to the intro song for ads? That was my cue to skip ahead a couple minutes. I have also noticed a shift in their dynamic ever since they covered Unknown Number: the high school catfish. They both had very strong opinions, but it was like Patrick would not see Gillian’s at all, and a lot of times wouldn’t even let her talk. I love a confident soul, but don’t be rude.

I cannot think of anything I need less in my life. Do people really still listen to this?

OBNOXIOUS hosts, are they yelling at me? It was an immediate no for me, then I thought I wasn’t being fair and wanted to give it a solid try. Don’t. 2 minutes in, I was so annoyed I skipped ahead 45ish minutes in, it doesn’t get better.

I love this podcast, I’m a Patreon subscriber. I think they have great banter and Patrick’s laugh makes me laugh. But lately I feel like Gillian’s personal political views are becoming wayyyy too much. She doesn’t use discernment, she just blanket talks badly about all the things CNN says are bad: cops, white people, religion, America. If a minority comes up in an episode she comes to their defense no matter what. Patrick is so much better about this. It’s clear what his views are but he’s able to discern the good and bad it seems, not just blind hatred for anything “republican coded”. It also sucks to hear her go on and on and on about a personal anecdote and Patrick cares and is engaged but the second Patrick does it she says “we need to move on”. It’s just always about her and she seems borderline narcissistic. I wish she would drop the “I’m always right and f anyone who says otherwise” attitude and just be humble like Patrick. I’m a New Yorker, I get it, we’re aggressive, but enough with the virtue signaling and moral superiority.
