    Sent - Come and See

    What if following Jesus means caring deeply about the one who is still missing? In Week 1 of our new series, Come and See, we look at the heart of Jesus for people who are far from God. In Matthew 18, Jesus describes a shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to search for one lost sheep. It’s a powerful picture of the rescue mission of Jesus and the mission He has now given to us. Every person changed by Jesus has a rescue story. We were once the one who was lost, and Jesus came looking for us. So what happens when we remember what it felt like to be found? This message challenges us to notice the people God has already placed around us, pray for them by name, make room for them, and be willing to share what Jesus has done in our lives. You don’t need every answer. You don’t need the perfect words. Sometimes the invitation can be as simple as, “Come and see.” Who is your one?     The Prison of Me - Fresh Start

    What happens when self takes the throne? 👑 In Week 4 of Fresh Start, we uncover how self-centeredness can quietly become a prison. When we put ourselves at the center, we begin trying to control our circumstances, our relationships, and the people around us. But control eventually fails, leaving behind anxiety, pain, broken relationships, and unhealthy ways of coping.     We Wear No Label But One - Fresh Start

    What labels have you been carrying that God never gave you? Maybe your past, your mistakes, your struggles, or even the words someone spoke over you have shaped the way you see yourself. But Scripture tells us that if anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation. The old has passed away, and the new has come. In Week 2 of Fresh Start, we look at how labels can become lies, how those lies can create strongholds, and how false identity can begin to shape our behavior. But real freedom doesn't come from simply trying harder or managing our behavior. It comes when we uncover the lie and replace it with the truth of who we are in Christ.
