This Can Become Your Superpower - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 9-18-26 - #1986

“Send Coach John a message” I found a totally amazing post from liminal (@Liminal1988) where this thought kicked the whole thing off:  “Energy is the most attractive thing a person can have.”  This got me thinking about some things when I reposted it:  Coach John Daly (@coachtosuccess) “Another amazing reminder that helps me to see myself being a better person… great timing on this one! Yes, once again… the world needs more people that have “good” energy!”  This was a fabulous reminder for me to keep working on ME and realizing that things will be better for me in my future - yes, even the tough moments will be a little better, since I kept working on improving myself! Same goes for you too my friends!  Here is the post for you to have as well:  “Energy is the most attractive thing a person can have. The way someone walks into a room and makes it feel different. The way their curiosity pulls you in and their enthusiasm reminds you that life is worth being excited about. And the way they make people feel seen, appreciated and inspired. That kind of energy is magnetic. People are drawn towards energy that feels expansive because energy is contagious. One negative person can drain an entire room. But one genuinely energized person can lift it too. Truth is: your energy introduces you long before you speak a single word. This is why your presence can become a superpower. And the energy you project into the world is simply a mirror of the work you have done within yourself.” ~ @SimonAlexanderO   Keep working on yourself my friends.  Being our best is not by chance. It is our habits that build us up or they help keep us down. The world needs more people taking this to heart and look to encourage others to do the same.   Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Find me on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/coachtoexpectsuccess/   on Twitter / “X”:  @coachtosuccess   and on Instagram at:  @coachjohndaly  - My YouTube Channel is at: Coach John Daly.   Email me at: CoachJohnDalyPodcast@gmail.com     You can also head on over to https://www.coachtoexpectsuccess.com/ and get in touch with me there on my homepage along with checking out my Top Book list too.  Other things there on my site are being worked on too.  Please let me know that you are reaching out to me from my podcast.  ** I would appreciate anyone to try clicking on the top of the show notes where it says "Send us a text" to leave a few thoughts / comments / questions.  It's a new feature that I'd like to see how it works. **

An Incredible Alarm Clock - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Thurs. 9-17-26 - #1985

“Send Coach John a message” Another great post came across my “news wire” this morning and it came from Drew Maddux (@DrewMaddux) “WAKE UP!  If your vision for your life doesn't include impacting the lives of others then you should create a bigger, bolder vision.” Amazingly true and powerful to let this come into our hearts.” ~ Jon Gordon (@jongordon11)  There is another piece to this that said:  “Purpose is an incredible alarm clock!”  LOVE THIS!  This doesn’t need an age either to connect with it.  The sooner the better is probably a good thing to connect with this, but wow… think how powerful a purpose / calling / Burn, can be in our lives!!  It will help fire us up and get going to do the things we need to do!! Once again - the world needs more people connected to this too! **

You Don't Have To Fix It All At Once - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Wed. 9-16-26 - #1984

“Send Coach John a message” I found a great post that directly connected to my last couple of days.  I hope you can connect with this too.  It comes from Power of Positivity (@LIVEpositivity) and it’s this amazing reminder:  “You don't have to fix everything today. Just focus on what's in front of you right now.”  This got me grounded a bit as to deal with the things going on right where my feet are.  Helping my parents out for a few days really helped me focus on things in life right now.  Once again, I need to take this advice every single day! **

The Calmer We Are - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Tues. 9-15-26 - #1983

“Send Coach John a message” Another key thought from Reads with Ravi (@readswithravi): “The calmer you are, the clearer you think.  Let your decisions come from a place of peace, not from reaction.”  This is fitting in with me and my recent awakening to focus on more things that I can control.  Too many distractions have been rearing their ugly heads lately and I need to do a better job at filtering them out along with the emotions that put me off balance.  Great reminders like this are out there and we need to keep connecting with them to help us be our best!! **

Value Yourself Enough - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Mon. 9-14-26 - #1982

“Send Coach John a message” I found a great connection from Roy T. Bennett (@InspiringThinkn) where this gem was shared:  “Value yourself enough to let go of what no longer enriches your life or brings you peace.” ~Roy T. Bennett, The Light in the Heart.  Amazing connections here for me and hopefully you too.  Our world today has so many things that really do not enrich our lives and certainly don’t bring us peace.  The key is to filter through all the items that get in the way and filter those out and replace them with things that build up our peace and joy.  Those things that enhance our purpose in life are what we need to connect with.  It’s amazing when we connect with this thought and start putting in the effort to make things better for ourselves. **

    The "80 - 8 Rule" - Motivation Monday Game Plan - #1981

“Send Coach John a message” Found an amazing post from Greg Berge (@GregBerge): “The 80-8 Rule is one of my favorites.  Only two people you really need to impress:  • The 8-year-old version of you and • The 80-year-old version of you.  Keep the joy. Live with no regrets.”  This made so much sense to me.  The 8 year old me is in the past and it’s really a general spot in most people’s life where we have good memories from.  I look back to my 8 year old self a lot and I am still working hard to make that little guy proud of who I have become.   My 80 year old self is still in the future, and it’s not that far in the future too.  That is someone who I want to make sure I do things today so that when that 80 year old me shows up (and hopefully he will), he will look back with great gratitude as to what I did today (and every day) in order to be my best!!  How do you connect to these two versions of you?? **

Be The People We Were on Sept. 12 - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Fri. 9-11-26 - #1980

“Send Coach John a message” A very solemn date in history today.  I saw this post that I shared:  “The Best Way to Honor Those Lost on 9/11 is To Be the People We Were on 9/12.”  I remember that day of 9/11 and indeed the day after too!  This is so right on target.  Sept. 12 was a day of patience, empathy, kindness, less hostility, realizing we were way more alike than different, etc.  There is an amazing and powerful reminder that we need to connect with this again… and not just one day a year when we remember the entire world changing by hate & terror.  We need to do better, my friends.  We need to BE better, for the sake of ourselves and each other.  The examples of what some “leaders” think is the right way of doing things, we need to be the better example for sure. It’s worth not giving up for sure! **

Remember These - Daily Thought With Coach Daly - Thurs. 9-10-26 - #1979

“Send Coach John a message” I found a post from Coach the Coaches (@WinningCoaches) that gave us a few items that would be good for us to remember.  “Rember that… Hard Work is a Choice, Attitude is a Choice, Discipline is a Choice, Doing Extra is a Choice, and Excellence is a Choice.” ~ Allistair McCaw.    When I saw this post, I was connected to it right away in that I’ve been having more and more moments where I’m connecting more and more to my mental awareness with things I need to do.  Each and every one of these (and more), are things I need to be and want to be, aware of more and doing more with them.  Holding myself a bit more accountable is what I need to do along with not beating myself up as much.  It’s worth it every day to keep trying with these, my friends. **
