Motivating + Fun

Monica is so engaging, motivating, and fun. Love her raw detailed feedback about running tips. I’m not a runner, but Monica makes me want to run. I need to get more info about running and Monica provides that inspiration and comfort I need to get started.

Started listening on day one of the podcast after reading the blog. I may have missed one or two, but that's it.
Monica provides realistic training advice either from her directly or from her guests for the new or experienced runner. You feel like you are hanging with a friend.
