    560: 3 Gs of Journaling

    There are a lot of benefits of journaling, but sometimes it can feel really random and unfocused or people don't make time for it b/c they think it will be cumbersome to write every single day. Today I share a strategy I recently used with one of my life coaching clients to focus on the good things in life God- Gratitude- Goals. It's helped her find direction, purpose and joy in her days.
