Trad Wife? Traditional Wife? Or Just Living Your Life? | The Mamas and Coffee Show

Trad Wife. Traditional Wife. Stay-at-home wife. Career wife. Why do we need so many boxes? This week on The Mamas and Coffee Show, Sybil and Grace are talking about the Trad Wife trend taking over social media. Is it really about traditional roles, or has the internet turned homemaking, marriage and motherhood into another lifestyle aesthetic? We’re sharing our own experiences with staying home, working, raising kids, dividing household responsibilities and figuring out pretty quickly that neither one of us fits neatly into the Trad Wife box. Plus, somehow we end up talking about laundry, mopping, Sybil’s strange love of cleaning baseboards, and whether getting up at 2:30 AM to pack your husband’s lunch is really necessary. No judgment. No telling anybody how to run their household. Just real life talk, different perspectives and good conversation. ☕ So tell us: Are you a Trad Wife, traditional wife, neither—or a little bit of everything? The Mamas and Coffee ShowReal Conversations. Your Perspective. Good Coffee.

This FB LIVE was recorded in July 2018. It still resonates with me to this day.  I converted to audio for your podcast and listening pleasures.  Take a listen as I talk about going for what you know and doing YOUR THANG!
