Ep1: The Stress of the Spa with Robert Norcerbiak

The real lessons are learned from failure. That philosophy is the inspiration as well as the theme for this podcast series. For almost every spectacular success there is a story of spectacular failure. We will meet week by week to interview incredible entrepreneurs from around the world. We will take a peek inside how each one of our guests met with failure, how they reacted to it, and how they eventually overcame it. We will learn why these things happen, hopefully avoid them, and grow as these entrepreneurs have grown from their own unfortunate experiences. Welcome to the Worst Deal Ever Podcast. This episode is brought to you by Call Center Cash---learn to launch your profitable, remote call center in the next 30 days. Check out callcentercash.com to learn more. For our inaugural episode we sit down with the owner of Mozaik Spa and Salon in Scottsdale, Arizona, Robert Norberciak. Robert and his wife Karina purchased a struggling Spa in April 2014 which was doing 6500/month in revenue and losing $8,000/month and turned it into a profitable business, now generating upwards of $70,000/month in revenue. I don’t want to give too much away about what you’re going to listen to shortly, but Robert has been able to deal with problem after and problem and still come out ahead. I’m really glad he sat down with us, and I’m really excited for you to hear his story for yourself. So let’s welcome Robert Norbebciak.
