    Intermittent fasting, Mind-muscle connection, strategic cheat meals, HIGH ENERGY! I've made huge strides in my body and performance and it all stems from AWARENESS. Listening to every detail of my body and tuning into my results from every workout/meal has been key. That ability to listen, is a muscle in itself. It takes time to get good at listening. Start asking your body how it feels after each meal, after each workout. Over time you will start to notice what your body wants to do and what it needs to recover.     Clarity is the starting point for every goal. If we knew with 100% certainty what we could be the best in the world at, we'd be on our way there! The problem is figuring that out. Building clarity on your goal allows your mind to see the task at hand. Once you make your goal a KNOWN your subconscious stops avoiding it and you can make progress towards it. Not having a clear intention is like shooting a basketball with no hoop. Get CLEAR so you can start practicing, refining, and attacking your goals

Quick question - if you could choose any one beverage in the entire galaxy to replace water with what would it be?? This beverage would replace water in all ways and have the same health benefits!! The Best Dunking Podcast Out There!

This guy is a total jokester. Claims he can dunk but then turns around and admits he is 5'10?? Next time, check your psychosis at the front door bro! I mostly listen for Today in History, where the host tells us what happened to old folks.
