He’s really good but....

I like show. I’ve tried many philosophy podcast and this is one of the best. With all that being said, the interviews are painful. It’s not the guest or the content(although some is redundant) it’s the audio with about 99% of them as well as the flow of the conversation. I might have to go to the archives to listen to more of his pre-interview heavy content. - Diogenes

Excellent Podcast for Stoicism and Self-Improvement

Whether you're just getting the basics or have been practicing for a long time, this podcast is a valuable asset to learning Stoicism and applying it to your life. Simon blends an engagement with ancient Stoic sources and modern Stoic practitioners, and supplements it with his personal experience and interviews with experts from a wide range of fields. It is also worthwhile to support him on Patreon and gain access to the pre-2020 backlog.
