    All three have teamed up for a special recording of the classic “Silver Threads and Golden Needles”. Originally recorded in 1956 by rockabilly pioneer Wanda Jackson and later championed by legends like Dolly Parton, Tammy Wynette, and Loretta Lynn, the song has long stood as an anthem of strength and independence—now reimagined by three women honoring that enduring tradition. Award-winning singer-songwriter Lee Newton’s latest project, the acoustic album ‘Beautifully Undone,’ is available now. Featuring a collection of songs from across her career, the project presents each track in a more intimate acoustic setting, bringing the lyrics and emotion to the forefront while offering a fresh perspective on the songs fans already love.  Georgette Jones was born to Country Music legends and Hall of Fame couple, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Georgette has performed at the Opry, the Ryman and has toured across the US, Canada and overseas.  In addition to singing and songwriting, she is also an author. She co-wrote her biography, "The Three of Us", which was about her life growing up with her famous parents.  Georgette also acted in the TV series, "Sordid Lives" along side Leslie Jordan and Olivia Newton John as well as singing on the soundtrack.  Heidi Parton is the daughter of singer-songwriter and musician Randy Parton and the niece of Dolly Parton. Family connections have not only influenced Heidi’s musical journey, they’ve presented opportunities. However, her individual talent, drive and determination have led to her growth as a performer. Jessica Zitter is a white Jewish physician who has been Betty’s colleague on the Palliative Care service for over a decade. The two women are an unlikely team: chaplains and doctors do not usually pair up within the hierarchical and siloed halls of the hospital. Dr. Zitter, trained to believe in medical interventions and science, was not seeking a relationship with a chaplain.
