Ryan is a graduate of Texas A&M University and as I mentioned earlier..... he currently serves as the Texas Railroad Commissioner helping to regulate the energy industry in Texas. But in between graduating college just a "few" years ago and now serving as the Texas Railroad Commissioner, Ryan worked for several Oil & Gas companies and even started a multi-million dollar company along the way.
