Um...

I love the information provided by this podcast but am extremely distracted by the UM... every 4-5 word in episodes! I have had to get over a similar habit myself and I know it is difficult but it is essential if you UM.. want to be taken seriously as a UH.. speaker. Keep up the great content but cut out the UM!

Nails on chalkboard

The “um” narrator is horrible, with an irritating voice that just drones on and on. No matter the quality of the info, I couldn’t stay focused on his long-winded monologue.

Other fitness and health podcasts generally have multiple speakers, interviews and guests. This offers a constant contrast of voices, energies and views. I listen to those from first episode to last on my long drives to and from work.
.
This narrator, however, hurt my ears. I tried to stick with it, hoping it would get better, but couldn’t get passed the third episode.

Keep it up

Great info, love the content. However you really need to invest in a better quality microphone! It’s hard to listen to it’s like a fuzzy phone call. Other wise keep it up!
