    Ep. 09 - Mu-Tron III (Envelope Filter)

Hey Stompers, today is Modulation Monday so you know we busted the funk out for this episode... We demoed the Mu-Tron III + by Musitronics/HAZ. If you're not familiar with this beast of a pedal, it's an envelope filter famously used by Bootsy Collins and Jerry Garcia. You may know it by the less accurate name 'auto-wah'. We had a blast recording this episode so we hope you enjoy every minute! Co-creators/Hosts: Austin Asvanonda and Ian Roesch. Ep. 08 - Is Ian a Multi-FX Guy?

Episode 8 is here stompers! Austin and I had quite a few laughs recording our first all-talking episode. We covered a lot of ground talking about the debate between a classic pedalboard vs. a multi-fx processor. What do you think? Let us know! Co-creators/Hosts: Austin Asvanonda and Ian Roesch. Ep. 07 - Steve Stanley (Guitarist of Foxglve)

Today's episode was one for the books! We had our very first guest on the podcast, Steve Stanley of Foxglve band. We sat down, cracked a beer, and talked to Steve about his pedalboard and guitar rig. As well as what inspires him to create the unique and explorative sound that is his. It was a blast and we're absolutely stoked to bring this episode to all you stompers. Co-creators/Hosts: Austin Asvanonda and Ian Roesch. We share our ideas on how you could achieve similar tones on your guitar through a simple pedal chain. Don't miss the question of the day either it's a heavy one...  about Bruno Mars. Enjoy! It's Thrashed Thursday here at the StompBox Situation! It is also the first episode featuring dual axes. Today we whipped out the Creme Brulee by Tone Bakery. We put this fantastic transparent overdrive through its paces on this episode and loved every minute of the rich creamy tone this pedal befittingly delivers! Stomp on! Yes, stompers, it is true. Today we tackled the BEAST of a pedal that is called the Big Sky Reverb by Strymon Engineering.
