Dr. Tom English answers: Does Darwinism stand up to modern scientific critique?

Dr. Tom English has directed major environmental programs for IBM, GE, JPL, EPS, and the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group. He led the Manufacturing Group's effort to voluntarily reduce toxic environmental releases by 86%. William Reilly, former Administrator of the U.S. EPA, stated that, "This reduction led the entire world." He was the architect of the California Clean Air Act, which resulted in bringing California much cleaner air while saving several billion dollars.  Dr. English managed high-level nuclear waste programs for President Carter's Office of Science and Technology Policy; the Government of Sweden; NASA; and the California Energy Commission. At the U.S. EPA, he directed an $80 million per year Energy & Environment Program. He also directed an epidemiological study of 40,000 people. He managed the recovery program to fix the F-111 fighter/bomber after the wings fell off the aircraft. His academic background includes a postdoctoral MS in environmental engineering with a minor in preventative medicine, a Ph.D. and MS in electrical engineering, and a BS in physics. He taught environmental courses at six universities. Tom founded the Solana Beach Presbyterian Church's Creation Care Team and further the Presbyterian Church to adapt a policy: "On Preserving Biodiversity and Halting Mass Extinction." He has given eight White House presentations, and has lectured at over a hundred universities. He and his wife, Jan, live in San Diego, California. Repost: Scientist Dr. Casey Luskin Helps Us Understand Why Evolution Can't Explain the Origin of the Universe or the Origin of Life

Casey Luskin is a scientist and an attorney with graduate degrees in science and law, giving him expertise in both the scientific and legal dimensions of the debate over evolution. He holds a PhD in Geology from the University of Johannesburg where he specialized in paleomagnetism and the early plate tectonic history of South Africa. He earned a law degree from the University of San Diego, where he focused on First Amendment law, education law, and environmental law. His B.S. and M.S. degrees in Earth Sciences are from the University of California, San Diego, where he studied evolution extensively at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and conducted geological research at Scripps Institution for Oceanography. Dr. Luskin has been a California-licensed attorney since 2005, practicing primarily in the area of evolution-education in public schools and defending academic freedom for scientists who face discrimination because of their support for intelligent design (ID). In his role at Discovery Institute, Dr. Luskin works as Associate Director of the Center for Science and Culture, where he helps direct the ID 3.0 Research Program, and assists and defends scientists, educators, and students who seek to freely study, research, and teach about the scientific debate over Darwinian evolution and ID. If you want to see the “Long Story Short” videos that Dr. Casey references, you can find them here: https://www.youtube.com/@LongStoryShortVideos/videos.  Cynthia watched a few of them and was giggling along.  They’re great! Dr. Casey Luskin has written extensively and contributed to many additional books and articles.  For a full list of books by Dr. Casey, check out this link: https://caseyluskin.com/books/.  You can also see Dr. Casey speak about intelligent design through video as well, found at this link: https://caseyluskin.com/videos/
