The pair reflect on the shortened format of the tournament, as well as a new tournament window, and reveal the relief of winning after the work that has gone in behind the scenes.

Lark goes into detail about her commitment to the game from an early age, playing with World Cup winners when she broke into the team at Worcester and how she is the star baker in the squad, taking requests when it comes to going into camp.
