Patrick Moran takes Talking Buffalo on the road for a special conversation with Del Reid, co-founder of Bills Mafia and founder of 26 Shirts, recorded on location at the 26 Shirts headquarters in Kenmore, New York. With 26 Shirts entering its 14th year, Del opens up about the challenges of running a charitable business, the emotional toll of helping families facing unimaginable circumstances, and why he's making changes to ensure every family's story gets the attention it deserves. He also looks back at his life before Bills Mafia, the origins of 26 Shirts, and some of his favorite shirt designs over the years. A major focus of the conversation is "Just One Before I Die," the five-part Buffalo Bills documentary now streaming on Tubi. Del shares his behind-the-scenes experiences filming the series, while Patrick offers his review of the documentary, including the powerful stories of Bills fans, the emotional journey of Steve Brown, and the moments that make this much more than another football documentary. The conversation also takes a hilarious and surprisingly thoughtful turn when Del and Patrick debate which decades of life are the best and worst, from the insecurities of teenage years to the confidence of your 40s and the physical realities of your 50s. Finally, the guys talk about Josh Allen, the emotional investment of Bills Mafia, and what would actually happen throughout Buffalo if the Bills finally won a Super Bowl. It's a conversation about Buffalo, football, friendship, family, charity, aging, and what makes this community special.
