Night nurse approved!

I work twelve hour night shifts and have trouble sleeping during the day. This podcast works better than white noise or ear plugs. Otis’s voice is so soothing and rich but also drones on as he reads old stories and bores me to sleep within minutes. Suggestions: tess of the d’urbervilles, Tom Jones, anything by Jules Verne or Agatha Christie. Thank you Otis! Zzzzzzzz

This podcast is magic

I have struggled with sleep insomnia my entire life. I have gone many weeks were I hadn’t slept a wink. I have tried sleeping pills, meditation, yoga but nothing worked until I found this podcast. Sleepy has made it so I have not missed a night of sleep since I found it. I listen to it all night long so that when I inevitably wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll fall fast asleep quickly.
I can not thank you enough for creating this podcast. You have helped me so much.
