Mum Talk Podcast

Emma Jaulin

Mum Talk is here for you on your journey into parenthood providing your 'nod along' and 'me too' moments plus answering all the questions we all have! For the first 13 series, Emma is joined by both experts and Mums and Dads sharing their experience of pregnancy and parenthood. Emma also shares her personal journey from pregnancy to life with two. Mum Talk is honest, real and informative. For series 14, Emma is joined by Ali Bastian, who you may recognise from hit TV shows, Hollyoaks, The Bill and Strictly Come Dancing.  Through the years of the podcast, Emma is in the thick of motherhood and is here to deep dive into it all with you. Motherhood changes you as a person, physically and mentally, it can give you the most incredible sense of purpose, self-worth and strength, whilst simultaneously leading you to question your ‘self’ and more or less everything you have ever known. Emma has one goal, as it has always been from the beginning of Mum Talk, to share in the hope no-one ever feels alone in motherhood.  We are here for it all, the highs, the lows, the journey that is motherhood, the realities of building a family, life, love, laughter, tears, heartbreak you name it.  Grab a cuppa or pop your headphones in and head out for a walk, join Emma for ‘hearts on sleeves’ mum talk and journey through motherhood together.  Hosted on Acast. Chaos, mental load, and the thing I've been working on for a very long time

I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to have the mental headspace for a moment to be back here with you recording a podcast for your ears. As much as it is hopefully helpful for you, this is absolute therapy for me and I miss it so much! This month is the busiest month of the year possible for us as a family and for me with my new business. We have on average 1 birthday a week in May within the wider family and it is all go. Cake baking, celebrations, gift buying along with sports day, half term, bank holidays! How one is meant to actually fit work into all of that, the only way I can make it work is bed time after 2.30am. This week has also been the busiest business wise, after a year of building, The Visible Load is live. In this episode I'm sharing everything: What The Visible Load is and why I built itWhy I think it might be the thing that finally helps with the mental load that never switches off.Dot, the AI at the heart of the app who checks in with you Why I built this as a web app so it improves constantly without you having to wait for updatesThe honest truth about where the app is right now and where it's goingThis is early days and you are part of building it.Plus I share a founding member offer which I want you all to get your hands on first. I share the code in the podcast. 🔗 thevisibleload.com 📱 Instagram: @emmajaulin 📱 The Visible Load: @thevisibleload Enjoy! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
