Top Quality! No. 1 choice for sure!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The detail that Armstrong puts in his words are mesmerizing. Truly amazing how much he knows about such interesting topics. It’s nice to know about our history and the interesting parts of it. It is a knowledgeable podcast that has quickly risen to my favorites I have ever heard. I love the Cannibalism chapter because of how incredibly intuitive the host is. He truly has a gift of history and cursed with knowledge! The cover for the podcast is truly a work of art that ties in with the subject and title.

A smart, entertaining trip through history

An eclectic journey through history, delivered at a fast pace and with incisive humor. This is the only podcast I know of that would clearly explain a philosophical concept, then use a Simpsons clip to illustrate it. Smooth narration, good editing and solid sound production make Know Thyself easy to listen to and the complex ideas it presents easy to understand. The host is a good interviewer too, and has landed some excellent guests. My podcast list is already a mile long but this one has earned a spot.
