    God Hears Whispered Prayers Too

REMEMBER: God Hears Whispered Prayers TooSometimes the most powerful prayers are the ones barely spoken. In this encouraging episode of REMEMBER, we’re reminded of a beautiful truth: God hears whispered prayers too. There are moments in life when the weight of what we’re carrying makes it difficult to find the words to pray. Sometimes all we can offer God is a whisper, a tear, a quiet thought, or the silent cry of our heart. But God hears it all. Prayer doesn’t have to be loud, eloquent, or filled with impressive words to be powerful. God knows every unspoken burden, every quiet plea, and every hope hidden deep within our hearts. A gentle whisper spoken in faith reaches Him just as clearly as the loudest prayer. So when you don’t know what to say, pray anyway. When your voice is weak, whisper His name. When words won’t come at all, trust that God still knows your heart. Remember: He hears you. He knows you. He cares. And He answers whispered prayers too. Scripture to Remember Psalm 34:17 — “The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.” Romans 8:26 reminds us that even when we don’t know what we should pray, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. Matthew 6:6 reminds us that our Father sees and hears what is done in secret. In This Episode God hears even our quietest prayers.Prayer does not have to be loud to be powerful.God knows the burdens we struggle to put into words.Faith, not volume, gives prayer its meaning.Even when words fail us, God understands our hearts. We can trust God with our silent hopes, fears, and struggles.Reflection What are you carrying today that you haven’t been able to put into words? You don’t need a perfect prayer. Just bring it to God. Even if all you can manage is a whisper, He is listening. Share the Encouragement If this message encouraged you, share it with someone who may be struggling to find the words to pray today. REMEMBER… God hears whispered prayers too. CLICK HERE! DO WHAT WILL LAST

Topic: Escaping the treadmill of temporary tasks to invest in eternal value. Episode Summary Do you ever look at your completely blocked-out calendar and feel a quiet, nagging dread? We live in an era where we are highly productive, yet deeply, existentially tired. In this episode, Michelle and Keith unpack a brief but dense document by Tyrone K. Sullivan titled "Do What Will Last." Together, they explore the friction between the exhausting, depreciating tasks of the physical world and the actions that carry actual, literal value into eternity. Far from a high-in-the-sky theological debate, this conversation brings massive existential questions right into your kitchen, your bank account, and your daily planner. Key Takeaways The Psychological Idolatry of Tasks: Cooking dinner or washing dishes isn't inherently a "depreciating asset." The physical action is identical whether motivated by love or ego; it is the underlying code (your motivation) that determines if an act is a temporary, decaying effort or an eternal investment. The Ultimate Currency Conversion: How do you participate in a capitalist economy without losing your soul? By converting temporary fiat currency into eternal assets. Funding human flourishing and providing for your family (an act of stewardship and love) crosses the border into eternity. Hoarding for status stays on earth and rots. The Relief of the "Audience of One": We expend immense energy on public relations and personal branding, terrified of being invisible. But if God is the only auditor, you are completely liberated from the burden of PR. The most unseen, mundane acts of goodness are perfectly secure.Aggressive Stewardship vs. Fearful Paralysis: Doing what will last is not passive. While we must avoid the burnout of ego-driven hustle, we must also avoid the "rust out" of fearful self-preservation. Eternal investment requires taking active risks for the sake of love, justice, and human flourishing.Scripture Reference Guide The framework of this episode is built upon several key biblical scriptures. Here is how they map to our daily lives: Luke 10 | Mary and Martha | A warning against tying your ultimate meaning to decaying systems and the psychological exhaustion it causes. 2 Corinthians 4:18 | The Seen vs. The Unseen | A reminder to fix our eyes on eternal, unseen realities rather than depreciating physical assets. 1 Timothy 5:8 | Providing for Family | The unapologetic mandate to secure a financial future and fund human flourishing through stewardship. Matthew 6 | Treasures in Heaven | The ultimate guardrail against greed: ensuring wealth remains a tool for love, not a monument to the ego. 1 Corinthians 3:11-15 | The Fire Test | The cosmic "stress test" that will burn away earthly PR (wood/hay) but preserve quiet integrity (gold/silver). Matthew 25 | Parable of the Talents | A devastating critique of playing it safe; a call to courageously multiply your gifts in a broken world. Quote of the Episode "If nobody says anything about what you have done after you die, then you never get recognized for it, but God sees all of your doings." — Tyrone K. Sullivan The Closing Thought Experiment As you look at your schedule for tomorrow, consider Michelle’s closing challenge: Imagine the fire described in First Corinthians swept through your actual physical life right now—your calendar from this past week, your bank statements from the last month, and your browser history. What vast majorities of your week would instantly burn away as temporary ashes, and what few, quiet, precious things would actually emerge on the other side as pure, indestructible gold? ALWAYS SEEK GOD’S GUIDANCE. We explore the inherent mystery of our temporal reserves and why this reality makes every moment both precious and precarious. Key Takeaways from this Episode: The Ultimate Currency: Why time is completely different from the tangible money or digital assets we track every day.The Mystery of Our Balance: The sobering reality that there is no ledger or app to tell us how much time we have left on this earth.Moments as Investments: Why every hour and minute you spend—whether on work, leisure, or relationships—is an unrecoverable investment. The Danger of the Deficit: How wasteful expenditure and procrastination lead to a deficit in our lives that can never be made up.Living Mindfully: How to let the transient nature of time fuel a more intentional, urgent, and purposeful approach to your daily life.Memorable Quotes: "Time is the only currency you spend without knowing your balance.""There's no app, no ledger, that precisely tracks how much time we have remaining...""Every hour, every minute, is an unrecoverable resource."Call to Action: How are you spending your currency today?
