    Commitment vs Obligation

    Wanted to take a moment and talk about some issues that are plaguing the sport and our community. The misconception of Obligation and Commitment and how they are completely different. The challenge is our society is losing the importance of commitment. Instead we are leaning towards being obligated to tasks which bring about minimal effort.
