    It's not real until it affects you? Shouldn't you practice what you preach?

    It's a personal choice, but then when you don't practice what you preach on a daily basis; don't expect empathy/sympathy. The access that you are given should be given to our first responders who are exposed to the covid-19 virus daily. Testing for them on regular basis, every two days.....something at least, they are protecting themselves & doing everthing to be safe and not get infected & care for their patients.

    When Your last Nerve is about to Snap, Communication tornado, activated.?

    Communication in close quaters, arguements that come out of nowhere. How can you handle a conversation that's gone wrong? "Hey, you're asking me, then don't want me to say anything." It's not easy to accomplish diffusing the situation, but it's not impossible.

    Try to change you? No.

    Change & transformation comes from that person, but what can you do when you see them sinking, deflating, self-sabotaging themselves? No judgement, no cruel intent; speak your truth but try to do no harm. Sometimes what we think is hidden is actually visible to other's. By becoming aware, being given a shake up call, it may be the very thing needed to ignite that spark. In the end it is their choice to change or not.

    Try to change you? No.

    Yes, it's all about me.

    When it's time to focus on you, express your feelings and emotions. Not worrying about what people may think or feel. Maybe you've always been that person giving....now you need that support, that understanding. Speak it, let it be know.
