Greatness of Mary ,

Best Weightlifting Podcast!

I love listening to the podcast when I’m on my way to work in the morning or during lunch break. Cheryl is just so fun/easy to listen to and Chad trying to center the conversation, makes me feel like I’m listening in on friends talk about weightlifting, I learn something new every time. Really appreciate the advice on recovery, overtraining, moving and hearing from guests like Sarah Robles, Oscar Chaplin, and Ursula.

As a person who got interested in weightlifting through CrossFit, I’d love to hear more on competition/championship recaps, mental heath and competing, dealing with injuries and how to return after that.
