    411. Amed 3-2 Beşiktaş | THE BLACK EAGLES FALL IN DİYARBAKIR!

Beşiktaş suffer a painful 3-2 defeat away to Amedspor in their final match before the September international break, missing a huge opportunity to move to the top of the Süper Lig table. After Galatasaray were beaten 4-0 by Trabzonspor, Beşiktaş knew exactly what they needed to do: win in Diyarbakır and take control of the title race. But Amedspor had other ideas. Besnik Hasi's side have been one of the revelations of the season so far, winning all three of their previous home matches — including a 2-1 victory over Trabzonspor — and they produced another huge performance against the Black Eagles. ⚽ THE MATCH Amedspor took the lead in the 13th minute when Gift Orban unleashed a ferocious long-range strike past Alexander Nübel. Beşiktaş continued to dominate possession and search for an equalizer, but Amed doubled their advantage in the 22nd minute through Dia Saba, who also found the net from distance. Then came one of the biggest talking points of the match. In the 35th minute, Dusan Vlahovic appeared to be brought down inside the box by David Bates, but referee Ali Şansalan awarded a foul against the Beşiktaş striker instead of a penalty. Following the match, the experts on beIN SPORTS Trio unanimously agreed that Beşiktaş should have received a penalty and that Bates should have been shown a red card. Could that decision have changed the entire match? Beşiktaş came out strongly in the second half and Vlahovic pulled one back in the 55th minute, giving the Black Eagles hope of completing the comeback. However, a disastrous mix-up between Alexander Nübel and Salih Özcan allowed Furkan Soyalp to steal the ball and lob it over Nübel for Amedspor's third goal. Beşiktaş refused to give up and continued pushing until the final seconds. Following a VAR review for handball, Orkun Kökçü converted a penalty in the 98th minute to make it 3-2. And then came one final chance... Amedspor goalkeeper Alphonse Areola? — Lafont — produced an excellent save moments later to deny Beşiktaş the equalizer and secure a massive victory for the Süper Lig newcomers. 📉 A PAINFUL DEFEAT FOR BEŞİKTAŞ The Black Eagles now head into the international break with a disappointing defeat and miss the opportunity to take over at the top of the Süper Lig. It is also Beşiktaş's second defeat of the season, with both losses featuring major refereeing controversies. The earlier defeat against Alanyaspor also included the disallowed Oh Hyeon-Gyu goal and the failure to send off Alanyaspor defender Ajiti following an incident involving Leandro Trossard. Despite the result, there were positives. Beşiktaş continued fighting until the final whistle, dominated possession for long periods and created enough pressure to give themselves a chance of rescuing a point. But individual errors, defensive mistakes and another controversial refereeing decision ultimately proved costly. 🔥 JOIN THE BLACK EAGLES PODCAST LIVE We'll break down everything from Amedspor 3-2 Beşiktaş, including: • Amedspor's incredible start to the Süper Lig season • Gift Orban's spectacular opening goal • Dia Saba's long-range strike • The controversial Vlahovic penalty incident • Was David Bates deserving of a red card? • The refereeing performance of Ali Şansalan • Vlahovic's goal and overall performance • The Nübel–Salih Özcan defensive mistake • Furkan Soyalp's decisive goal • Orkun Kökçü's 98th-minute penalty • Lafont's incredible late save • Vincenzo Italiano's tactics and substitutions • Beşiktaş's defensive problems • The Süper Lig title race • What this result means heading into the international break • What Beşiktaş need to improve before returning to action 🦅 THE BLACK EAGLES PODCAST The English-language podcast dedicated to Beşiktaş JK. 409. Beşiktaş 3-0 Erzurumspor | Trossard Opens His Account as Black Eagles Soar!

Despite Dusan Vlahovic' controversial suspension, Beşiktaş cruise to a convincing 3-0 victory over Erzurumspor at the Tüpraş Stadyumu, comfortably beating last season’s 1. Lig champions in a dominant performance. The Black Eagles started strongly and came close to scoring inside the opening two minutes before Emirhan Topçu opened the scoring in the 21st minute, heading home from a corner with a perfectly placed finish. Leandro Trossard then scored his first goal in a Beşiktaş shirt since arriving from Arsenal this summer, with Oh Hyeon-Gyu providing the assist. The second half saw Beşiktaş frustrated by the officials as two goals were ruled out in quick succession. Trossard thought he had scored his second of the night, but the goal was disallowed following a handball in the build-up by Emmanuel Agbadou. Shortly afterwards, Václav Černý also found the net, only for his goal to be ruled out for a very soft foul. Beşiktaş eventually got their third through substitute İlhan Faki̇li in the 81st minute, heading home after an assist from Amir Murillo. Despite the disallowed goals, Beşiktaş were thoroughly dominant and could easily have won this match 4-0 or even 5-0. Join us LIVE for our full Beşiktaş vs Erzurumspor match reaction, including tactical analysis, player performances, the controversial disallowed goals, Trossard’s first Beşiktaş goal, and what this result means for the Black Eagles going forward. ⚫⚪ Beşiktaş 3-0 Erzurumspor ⚽ Emirhan Topçu ⚽ Leandro Trossard ⚽ İlhan Faki̇li You can follow us across social media @BesiktasPodcast (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) ⚫⚪ Support & Follow the Show! ⚫⚪ Stay connected with our hosts on Twitter/X: 📌 Kaan Bayazit – @Razzerian 📌 Sinan Schwarting – @Sir_Writes_aLot 📌 Kartal Ogur – @KartalLOgur 💳 Support the Channel & Unlock Exclusive Perks! 💳 Become a Black Eagle VIP Member on YouTube or Patreon for just €3,99 per month! The 2026 summer transfer window is officially in the books — so how did Beşiktaş do? Kaan Bayazit and Ural Alhan sit down to take an in-depth look at Beşiktaş's 2026/27 summer transfer window, with the club bringing in 10* new first-team players ranging from established stars to some of Europe's most intriguing young talents. We discuss the arrival of new Beşiktaş head coach Vincenzo Italiano and why his appointment could ultimately prove to be the most important "transfer" of the entire summer. In a remarkably short period of time, Italiano has already begun transforming Beşiktaş both on and off the pitch. 408. Fenerbahçe 1-2 Beşiktaş | ITALIANO'S BEŞİKTAŞ WITH A STATEMENT DERBY WIN!

Beşiktaş have made a HUGE statement in Türkiye! 🦅 The Black Eagles came from behind to defeat Fenerbahçe 2-1 at the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, producing a dominant second-half performance to secure all three points in Vincenzo Italiano's first Turkish derby. The first half was fiercely contested, with Beşiktaş creating some of the best chances from open play. However, a costly error following a throw-in allowed Fenerbahçe captain Milan Škriniar to put the hosts ahead in the 26th minute. Beşiktaş responded in style. In the 38th minute, Leandro Trossard produced a sensational trivela pass to release Rıdvan Yılmaz, who made no mistake with an excellent finish to bring the Black Eagles level just before halftime. Then came the second-half masterclass. Beşiktaş raised the intensity and completely took the game to Fenerbahçe. Despite several excellent saves from goalkeeper Ederson, the pressure finally paid off in the 73rd minute. Junior Olaitan played Orkun Kökçü through on goal, and the Beşiktaş captain showed incredible unselfishness by laying the ball across for Dušan Vlahović, who calmly slotted home to make it Fenerbahçe 1-2 Beşiktaş. The Black Eagles had several opportunities to put the game beyond doubt, but Fenerbahçe refused to go quietly. Beşiktaş ultimately held firm, neutralizing Mason Greenwood, Romelu Lukaku and co. to bring all three points back to Dolmabahçe. 🔥 Vincenzo Italiano's first derby in Türkiye ends in a statement victory. A comeback win. A dominant second half. Excellent tactical adjustments. And a Beşiktaş side that showed tremendous character to overcome going behind and defeat their biggest rivals away from home. Was this a tactical masterclass from Vincenzo Italiano? Has Beşiktaş announced themselves as serious contenders this season? 407. Beşiktaş 6-2 Çorum | VLAHOVIĆ ANNOUNCES HIMSELF!

The Black Eagles are flying! 🦅 Beşiktaş put on a spectacular attacking display at the Tüpraş Stadium, crushing Süper Lig newcomers Çorum 6-2 in a goal-filled thriller! Dušan Vlahović stole the show, scoring a sensational hat-trick on his first Süper Lig start for Beşiktaş. The Serbian striker opened his account from the penalty spot in the 43rd minute after captain Orkun Kökçü selflessly handed him the ball to take the penalty — a perfect way to get his first league goal. Beşiktaş had already taken the lead in the 9th minute through Václav Černý, before Vlahović doubled the advantage just before half-time. Çorum briefly threatened a comeback in the 52nd minute when Diomande unleashed a rocket from outside the box to make it 2-1. But any doubts about the result quickly disappeared. Vlahović struck again in the 59th minute before completing his hat-trick in the 66th, sending the Tüpraş Stadium into celebration. Substitute İlhan Fakılı then made it 5-1 in the 73rd minute and later provided the assist for Amir Murillo to make it 6-2 in the 83rd. Çorum had pulled another goal back in the 77th minute through Mahmic, with former Beşiktaş player Cengiz Ünder providing the assist. And there was almost even more drama at the end! New signing Ernest Poku thought he had scored an incredible seventh goal for Beşiktaş with a stunning strike, but the goal was ruled out for offside after Wilfred Ndidi was judged to have obstructed the goalkeeper's vision. 🎙️ Join us LIVE as we break down the entire match! We'll discuss: 🦅 Vlahović's incredible Beşiktaş debut as a league starter ⚽ His hat-trick and first Süper Lig goals 🔥 Beşiktaş' attacking performance 🎯 Václav Černý's opener 🤝 Orkun Kökçü's selfless penalty decision ⭐ İlhan Fakılı's impact off the bench 💥 Ernest Poku's disallowed wonder goal 📈 Vincenzo Italiano's Beşiktaş project 🔴 What this result means for Beşiktaş' Süper Lig season Beşiktaş 6-2 Çorum — six goals, a Vlahović hat-trick and another statement from the Black Eagles! 🦅 💬 What did you think of Vlahović's first league start? 406. Kauno Žalgiris 1-0 Beşiktaş | Reaction to CONTROVERIAL UEL Draw!

Beşiktaş have qualified for the UEFA Europa League league stage, despite suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Kauno Žalgiris in the second leg of their playoff tie. The Black Eagles progress 3-1 on aggregate following last week's convincing first-leg victory. In Episode #406 of The Black Eagles Podcast, Kaan Bayazit and the panel break down the victory, the Europa League qualification and, most importantly, Beşiktaş's fascinating UEFA Europa League league stage draw. Vincenzo Italiano opted to manage his squad in Lithuania, with captain Orkun Kökçü rested and Leandro Trossard left at home, while Dušan Vlahović made his first start for Beşiktaş. The Black Eagles appeared content to conserve energy, control the game and protect their aggregate advantage rather than take unnecessary risks. However, after Tiago Djalo's mistake allowed Kauno Žalgiris to score in the 64th minute, questions emerged about Beşiktaş's response. Despite going behind, the Black Eagles never really pushed the accelerator and ultimately accepted the 1-0 defeat. Was this simply smart game management with qualification already effectively secured, or does it expose a worrying inability to increase the intensity when necessary? We'll discuss it all. 🔥 THE EUROPA LEAGUE DRAW The main focus of tonight's show is the UEFA Europa League league stage draw, which has handed Beşiktaş a very interesting — and extremely challenging — set of fixtures. 🏆 Pot 1 🇩🇪 Bayer Leverkusen — Away 🇫🇷 Olympique Marseille — Home 🏆 Pot 2 🏴 Celtic — Away 🇧🇪 Union Saint-Gilloise — Home 🏆 Pot 3 🇨🇾 Omonia Nicosia — Away 🏴 Crystal Palace — Home 🏆 Pot 4 🇩🇪 Hoffenheim — Away 🇮🇱 Hapoel Be'er Sheva — Home On paper, this is a fascinating Europa League schedule for the Black Eagles, with major European nights against Bayer Leverkusen, Marseille, Celtic and Crystal Palace among the standout fixtures. But one particular draw has immediately raised a major issue. ⚠️ BEŞİKTAŞ, UEFA & THE ISRAELI FIXTURE Beşiktaş have once again been drawn at home against an Israeli opponent. That inevitably brings back memories of the 2024 UEFA Europa League match against Maccabi Tel-Aviv, when Beşiktaş were deprived of their home advantage and forced to play the match at a neutral venue behind closed doors. The justification at the time was that sufficient security could not be guaranteed for the travelling Israeli side. The result was that Beşiktaş effectively lost one of their four home fixtures and were forced to play without their supporters. With Hapoel Be'er Sheva now drawn as Beşiktaş's home opponent, there are already serious questions about whether history could repeat itself. Will UEFA once again remove Beşiktaş's home advantage? Will the match actually be played at Tüpraş Stadium? What precedent has UEFA established? And why does Beşiktaş appear to be facing the possibility of being punished for circumstances outside the club's control? This will be one of the main talking points of Episode #406. We'll also discuss: ⚫⚪ Beşiktaş's 1-0 defeat to Kauno Žalgiris ⚫⚪ Qualification for the Europa League league stage ⚫⚪ Vincenzo Italiano's squad management ⚫⚪ Dušan Vlahović's first start ⚫⚪ Orkun Kökçü's absence ⚫⚪ Leandro Trossard being rested ⚫⚪ Tiago Djalo's costly mistake ⚫⚪ Beşiktaş's reaction after conceding ⚫⚪ Whether the defeat was by design or a genuine performance concern ⚫⚪ The complete Europa League draw ⚫⚪ Bayer Leverkusen, Marseille, Celtic, Union SG, Omonia, Crystal Palace, Hoffenheim & Hapoel Be'er Sheva ⚫⚪ UEFA and Beşiktaş's previous treatment regarding Maccabi Tel-Aviv ⚫⚪ The potential loss of another home fixture ⚫⚪ What the Europa League draw means for Beşiktaş's ambitions this season Join us LIVE for The Black Eagles Podcast — Episode #406. 🦅 The Black Eagles Podcast is your English-language home for Beşiktaş news, match analysis, transfers, European football and everything surrounding the Black Eagles.
