    End of the Journey

    “When I get through this, I’ll finally feel _____ (fill in the blank).” Why are we waiting to feel happy, content, satisfaction, or joy? Regardless of what negative emotions we’re in the process of working out, we need to make room to feel content in our journey. Let’s not wait till the end to be happy.

    Accepting the challenge. Parenting ideas and a relationship challenge

    Challenge: accepting a task that includes some sort of reward at the end. The beginning of this episode I explain a parenting challenge that I offered my children. Afterwards I explain how my husband and I don’t yell at each other. I challenge you to try it.
