The kind of deep podcast we need

Josie and Clint do great job getting into the weeds of mass incarceration and the inequality in the way we punish people in this country. The guests they bring on are knowledgeable and have taught me so much. Given my specific and privileged experiences as a straight white 25 year old man, podcasts like this give me an incredible amount of context for the challenges we face that I simply wouldn’t encounter otherwise, and I’d recommend this podcast to anyone looking to do the same.

A much needed voice

Clear and caring coverage. Great podcast.

New sources never gave much attention to issues of criminal justice. With Google crushing local papers, this is getting much worse. This podcast is a small measure to address the problem. We need more like it.
