This new version of the podcast is more of a journal entry. I have recently become part of the sober community and feel as if I should change my show from what it once was. I was lost and indecisive on everything. Now I feel I have a sense of structure and would like to share that with other listeners. Journaling was always hard but this platform is a great tool to use for my sobriety. There will still be parts that I hope are still entertaining. I’m still me, I’m just a new better than the day before version.

    Times are changing

    My sobriety

    This is just a little snipet of my dive into becoming sober. It’s a rough draft so to speak but, is something I’m going to use to speak on good days bad days and in between. If you or anyone else you know needs help please seek it out. I am not a doctor or psychiatrist so this is just my journey on what I do to stay sober.
