Look Out, Sir! Warhammer Podcast

Long time listener, first time reviewer. It’s taken me too long to write this, but I guess I had to be REALLY sure. A very pleasant podcast that keeps me feeling connected to a hobby and community that life sometimes disconnects me from. The long format feels more like you’re sitting on the porch talking with a couple friends instead of quick hits being delivered to you. Even as a solo act, this podcast is one I’ll try to listen to every-time. I’d confidently say give it a listen if you’re into miniature war gaming and do things such as driving, painting, taking long walks, or cleaning. Pretty much anybody really. Transitional noise. bronk

Redoing my 5 star review, bc Phil just did a solo 3 hour show on the Armageddon book. An amazing feat. I love this show. Even though he thinks it’s rambling, I have no one to talk 40K with. My friends and family think it’s a weird hobby…and they are right! But even though it’s a one sided conversation, it’s nice to like minded ppl talk about the hobby that we love. Keep up the amazing work

Big fan of the podcast overall. One of the best podcasts, just for general 40K rules updates and what’s going on. I would love to hear you guys discuss combat patrol specifically, just because of the new Kreig box and all that good stuff. Clearly, they’re changing up the combat patrol boxes and they’re making them look a lot like spearhead boxes. Would love your tea drinking thoughts.

If you struggle keeping up with the latest developments of 40K or the ongoing evolution of Age of Sigmar, the “Look Out Sir!” Podcast is definitely for you. Hosts Dan and Phil (or Phil and Dan 😊), channel their love and passion for the Warhammer universe and hobby into entertaining, interesting, and wide-ranging weekly episodes. The secret sauce of this podcast is the chemistry and genuine friendship between Dan and Phil. They’re kind of like an old married couple who skillfully navigate each other’s quirks and tangents (the rambles are one of my favorite things about the show) in a genuinely entertaining way. Whether it’s the latest codex, balance update, or model reveals, you can count on these two gents to break it down in an honest and positive manner. Their passion for the hobby is real, and it’s why I’ve been an every-episode listener since early 2021. If you want a witty escape into the Warhammer world without toxic or jaded vibes, hit play. Like me, you’ll find yourself looking forward to a new episode arriving at the top of your feed. FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
