Roland spoke with Howard University's Interim President, Dr. Wayne A. I. Frederick, about the disenrollment of 502 incoming freshmen. He will explain why this happened and what measures are being implemented to prevent it from occurring again. Approximately 25 million people rely on a Medicare subsidy program initiated during the Biden Administration.  However, the Trump Administration has decided to end it, which will result in increased premiums in 2027. An anti-affirmative action group has filed a lawsuit against the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, claiming that college scholarships for Black students from underfunded schools in majority-Black districts are discriminatory based on race. We will talk with the attorney representing the CBCF. Congressman David Scott's daughter, Marcye Scott, was forced into a runoff for his seat in Georgia's 13th Congressional District. We are less than 100 days away from the midterm elections, and MAGA continues its attacks on voting rights. We will discuss efforts to ensure a safe and fair election with the Senior National Coordinator at the Election Protection Coalition. And Ohio rapper Afroman is turning the tables on the deputies who sued him by filing a lawsuit against one of them for allegedly stealing $400, seeking $1.5 million in damages. David Scott's seat in the 13th Congressional District hasn't been good.  Reports indicate less than 2-percent have voted so far.  It's Moral Monday Public Pulpit, and it's the launch of the 100 Days of Mobilization and 1,000 Marches to the Polls across all 50 states and D.C.  We'll have some of that rally live.  Federal judges deny an injunction to block Tennessee's GOP-favored congressional map that splits a majority-Black district in Memphis. Wisconsin voters sue to allow for a vote to count if an absentee ballot is late. A Black Indiana teen who was falsely accused of pointing a gun at a white police officer is suing her and the city of Indianapolis.  We'll talk to his attorney about the case.  Louisiana Congressman Cleo Fields is not running for re-election but is seeking his old state senate seat. It's being called A Modern-Day Civil Rights March to Save Democracy.  We'll talk to a couple of activists involved in the 1,000 Miles to Memphis, 36-day mission to register 100,000 voters. Bill O'Reilly and Geraldo Rivera clashed over who won the 2020 election.  Racist Nancy Mace is targeting Congressional Caucus groups like the Congressional Black Caucus.  We'll also talk with the founder of an organization that is assisting dis-enrolled incoming freshmen at Howard University. JPMorgan Bias Suit_  It's been more than a week since Detroit-area youth mentor Lonn Hartman was found with life-threatening neck wounds at the Bliss-fest Music Festival in northern Michigan.  We'll talk to Hartman's friend and the family spokesperson about the investigation and the text she received from him saying he didn't feel safe.  Incoming Howard University freshmen say they were unenrolled despite believing their financial aid, grants, and scholarships covered their tuition.  We'll talk to one of the students impacted and an expert to explain next steps. A former JPMorgan Chase vice president is suing the financial giant for discrimination.  She'll be here with her attorney to explain some of the things she had to endure.  And I'll share my conversation with New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani about his plans for the black community. Louisiana decision and heading into the midterm elections.  HIT Strategies' president will explain how they plan to get Black folks to the polls.  Delaware officials have released body camera footage that seems to contradict the initial police report related to the fatal shooting of 19-year-old Kadir Skinner.  The family attorney will walk us through the videos and why the cops' story doesn't add up.  Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott has a lot to say about James Talarico and Black Voters.  We'll break down why Abbott doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.  And I talked to Georgia Senator Raphael Warnock about voting rights and the ROAD to Housing Act, which should increase affordable housing and ease the pathway to homeownership. This morning Bishop William Barber held a meeting to discuss the case. The family's attorney spoke at the meeting disputing the the cops claim against the body cam footage. We'll take a look at that. House Democrats launched the Defend the 14th Amendment Task Force to protect the rights and protection guaranteed under the Amendment.
