In episode 173 Sam is joined by actor George MacKay, star of the new film Sense and Sensibility. He has also starred in Rose of Nevada, Pride, True History of the Kelly Gang, and 1917.  George has chosen Blue Jean (90-ish mins). In episode 166 Sam is joined by filmmaker Sophy Romvari. Her debut feature Blue Heron is in UK cinema from 26 June 2026. Sophy has chosen Chronicle of a Summer [Chronique d'un été] (90 mins).
