    #447: Miami Spring Expectations - Stu Cox & Tony Wood

    We open the show by talking about the upcoming Spring Game which is already sold out - even though it's only at Cobb Stadium, which doesn't seat all that many people. As we get down to Greentree, the question is could Miami have hit lightning twice with Wingo coming in and a freshman and turning so many heads? Scoop also interrupts Greentree for real estate story time, where he got to singing at a recent showing that led to re-releasing all of his band's old music on a bunch of platforms. (The band's name is Releese if you want to find them!) Roman also tweeted out this week that Miami is in "reload season" and as we look down the line-up of guys getting drafted compared to all the new guys coming in, it's impressive how much they've been able to sustain compared to how much they lost. And that speaks to the new culture they've built in Miami, especially seeing guys who are headed to the pros come back to work with the new guys at Spring practice. Plus we showcase a little of Mario's appearance on Josh Pate's show, speaking on when the season changed for Miami last year, and how the guys feel it will change going into this year. And as we get further down the depth chart, the discussion about Judd rising up to the 2 spot at QB takes over, with what to expect from Dereon going forward and what it means for his future in Miami. We also hear from Cooper Barkate, who while training in LA talked about the wild transfer process from Duke while Mensah was getting sued. Toast also shines the spotlight on some of the standout freshmen making a name for themselves at Spring practice.     #445: Miami Opens Spring Practice - Portal Humping

    We welcome Scoop back to the show after a week in Mexico with tales from Cartel Beach about tequila and fighting TSA lines on his way home, including a wild story about how he missed his flight back to South Florida. Then we get down to Greentree to talk about Miami's amazing pro day, including Kieonte Scott going beast-mode and impressing the entire country.     #443: Miami in the Tournament - Cartel Beach

    We open the show this week with a quick recap of our "Rejected Show Titles" Bracket now that we have teams assigned to all these hilarious throw-away titles. From there it's deep into Miami's first-round match-up with Missouri, and where Miami will need to improve in order to make a deep run.     #441: Miami's #1 ACC Quarterback - Claude is Their OC

    As we kick off episode 441, we are reminded of the old Zeta "Miss 441" pageant - which spins us into memories of our South Florida youth and Happy Pappy's. And the guys address the amount of swearing on the podcast in the last few months, and how we will now be instituting safe words each week on the show to curb it back. But we quickly get down to the Greentree and break down CBS Sports ranking Darian Mensah as the #1 quarterback in the ACC, and we look down the entire Top 10 and try to figure out where some of these guys actually played last year. We also jump into ESPN's write-up on Miami's "challenging" offseason, in that teams that have made their title runs in previous years have not found a way back to the title game. But everyone seems to think Miami's recruiting and reloading is the difference in getting the Canes back into the mix pretty quickly. That includes Mario going in on a lot of the big South Florida recruits and trying to keep these guys home like Rueben Bain Jr did.  From the Greentree, we transition over to the Watco, as Miami Basketball knocked off Louisville and advanced to the semifinals of the ACC tournament and set themselves up for a March Madness bid. And we shouldn't be surprised that Jai Lucas got overlooked for Coach of the Year in the ACC, even though he was clear-and-away the most deserving for the award. Plus after a few struggles for Miami baseball, Toast and Roman weigh in on where this team needs improvement to make a run when it counts this summer.
