Wyndham Clark wins the US Open and Alex Loskoski of Chippopotamus Golf

Wyndham Clark goes wire-to-wire, the LPGA heads other Hazeltine, and Alex Loskoski of Chippopotamus Golf. The 2026 US Open at Shinnecock Hills had a lot of wind, a lot of high scores, and Wyndham Clark, the most hated man in golf, claiming another major title. Alex and Michael look at the weekend and wonder if the crowd's disdain for Wyndham went too far. The Meijar LPGA Classic had a crazy come from behind winner in a playoff as the women now head to Hazeltine for the KMPG PGA Championship (and then the Amundi-Evian, and then the Scottish Open, and then the AIG Open Championship). Can Nelly Korda rattle off wins in the final three majors? Alex is going to Denver to check out Red Rocks for a concert, and breaks down his plans for a quick trip to the Mile High City. In Tuned In, Michael can't get over the European's amazement in the mundane things in America, while Alex shares a review of the new movie, "Disclosure Day." This week's guest is Alex Loskoski, the founder of Chippopotamus Golf. Alex shares how his family is helping him design the polos his company sells, how the company got its unique name and logo, and how his son is already playing better than him. Michael and Alex continue talking about "RORY," the new book by Alan Shipnuck, in their summer Book Club series. Two quick major victories, a breakup with the teenage girlfriend, and how Rory almost missed his tee time at the Miracle at Medinah highlight chapters 7-10. In #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex can't believe the value you can get at Chili's, while Michael wonders if anything can be cheap anymore. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Most Emotional Win of 2026

Bud Cauley wins, the New York Knicks win, and a preview of the 2026 US Open. Bud Cauley, after 238 starts and almost losing his life in a car accident, climbs the mountain and wins the 2026 RBC Canadian Open. The LPGA's Dow Championship had an American duo claim their first wins on Tour at the women's team event. The 2026 US Open is this weekend at Shinnecock Hills, and Alex and Michael look at the carnage we should expect, pick their favorites, and which long-shots are worth your time. The guys continue reading "RORY" by Alan Shipnuck in our summer Book Club, reading along as Rory makes a mark for himself in the amateur game and breaks through quickly after going pro. Outside of golf, Michael shares how horrible it is to have a sleep study, while Alex is enjoying a glass of wine while standing next to a rhino. In Tuned In, Michael shares an update on his board game challenge this year, while Alex is loving the show "Friends Keep Secrets." The New York Knicks have done it, reclaiming the NBA crown after over 50 years. Alex admits that they are a lot better than he wants them to be. In the baseball world, the Athletics had a Las Vegas residency ahead of joining the strip permanently in a few years, and the offensive fireworks seen over six games in the desert is incredible. As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex shares his favorite German food from a trip to Fredericksburg, TX, while Michael is making some new videos of what he's making in the bakery. Nelly Wins the US Open and Cart Girl Peyton Cranford

Nelly Korda wins another major, a playoff at Jack's Place, and the Internet's Cart Girl Peyton Cranford. Nelly Korda was calm and collected up until her around-the-world winning put at the US Women's Open. A playoff gave JT Poston his fourth PGA TOUR Victory at Jack's Place, the Memorial. LIV Golf plays one more time, and Dustin Johnson's hole-in-one celebration is nothing if not unemotional. The Longest Day In Golf was Monday as players around the US tried to get into the US Open, including past podcast guests and Tiger Woods connection. Alex and Michael kick off this summer's Book Club with "RORY" by last week's guest Alan Shipnuck. The guys share their favorite tis-bits from the first few chapters, including Rory's confident beginnings in Hollywood. In the NFL, the Giants bring back a favorite wide receiver, and Patriots make a big trade, and Alex wonder's if the Giants would trade with the Pats as well. Michael's Yankees are hurting as big names hit the IL, but Alex is counting down the days to the NFL season. As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex is enjoying German food in Fredericksburg, TX while Michael is getting a haul at Buc-ees. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

An exciting finish at Colonial, Bryson's AI help, and best selling author Alan Shipnuck. The Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial produced an exciting Sunday afternoon finish with a playoff victory for Russell Henley. Joaquin Niemann keeps winning on LIV Golf, but it was Bryson DeChambeau's AI help that stole the headlines. The ShopRite LPGA got Frenchwoman Celine Boutier her seventh LPGA victory ahead of next week's U.S. Women's Open. The PGA TOUR now heads to Muirfield Village for the Memorial, where golf's best will show up at Jack's place. How Low Can They Go? And US Solheim Cup Captain Angela Stanford

Super low scores in Texas, questions about golfs future, and US Solheim Cup Angela Stanford. The CJ Cup Byron Nelson was suppose to be hard. It wasn't, as two different players hit 60 and the winning score was -30 as golf's angry man claimed victory in Texas. The PGA TOUR is eyeing a new two-tiered system, and encouraging if not forcing players to stay in their lane, meaning future CJ Cups could be without Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Speith, and more top stars. LIV Golf continues it's slow walk into oblivion, as its future bankruptcy plans draw questions about how it can become profitable. Tiger Woods returned to the US, briefly, and is now back in Europe continuing treatment. Was this a good sign that he got to get away? The Memorial Day Weekend was hot, which meant the pool for Alex, and planning a graduation week for Michael. In Tuned In, Michael is saddened by the end of an era as Stephen Colbert is booted from CBS, while Alex is caught in the RocaNews cycle on YouTube. Michael's Giants are poised for a great future, but Jaxson Dart's recent appearance at a political rally draws questions from the lifelong New York fan. As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex cooks whatever he has for Memorial Day, while Michael joins his bakery team to celebrate eight years of being the best. Learn more about your ad choices. 2026 PGA Championship Preview and PGA Pro Champ Jesse Droemer

A look at the 2026 PGA Championship at Aronomink and a chat with the PGA Professional Champion from Bandon Dunes. The Truist Championship had several interesting names in contention during a busy Sunday, but it was a new Norwegian who claimed his first PGA TOUR victory. At the alternate Myrtle Beach Classic, Brandt Snedeker waited it out and won for the first time in 10 years. The LPGA was in New Jersey for the Mizuho Americas Open at a new course, but it was the same winner as Jeeno Thitikul won for the second year in a row. The DP World Tour was in Spain for the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship where South African Yurav Premlall won by 14 strokes! LIV Golf had a tournament, but nobody saw the big shot by Jon Rahm, but Michael wonders what will happen to Bryson next as the PGA TOUR changes its rules around social media to pander to the big star. This week is the PGA Championship at Aronomink. Alex shares his plans as he attends the first few days outside of Philadelphia, and the guys give their favorites for the season's second major, and one player who you really shouldn't put money on, no matter how many tournaments he's won. Alex recaps his Las Vegas trip, including a visit to an underground speakeasy and the Berlin Wall. In Tuned In, Michael shares his review of the new movie "The Sheep Detectives," while Alex is transfixed by wrestling behind held in TGL Stadium with the putting greens and bunkers in play. Jesse talks about the challenges he faced at Bandon Dunes, how he's attacking the PGA Championship and his exemptions into PGA TOUR events, plus his Philly Cheesesteak plans at Aronomink. The NBA Playoffs are heating up as Alex sees the New York Knicks as having a clear path to the Finals. Michael's Yankees had a bad weekend in Milwaukee, but really in the National League that has all the power right now. As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex shares his favorites from his trip to Oscars in Las Vegas, while Michael returns to The Grey in Savannah, one of the city's very best restuarants. Golf Blowout Victories and WiTricity CEO Joe Benz

A weekend of blowout golf victories, a bad weekend for Boston sports, and WiTricity CEO Joe Benz on the future of golf carts. The new Cadillac Championship brought golf back to Doral and the Blue Monster, where Cam Young could do no wrong, even if nobody showed up to watch. The LPGA was in Mexico for the Riviera Maya Open, and Nelly Korda won again, continuing her great season of only finishing first or second. The Senior Tour's second major, the Regions Tradition, was won by 3 strokes by Steward Cink, who claimed his second major of the season and his fourth win of the season. The PGA TOUR made some official announcements about the 2027 season, and confirmed what we all knew: no more Hawaii to start the year. LIV Golf's free fall continues as PIF officially pulls its funding and players start to explore paths back to the PGA TOUR. The PGA TOUR now heads back to Charlotte for the Truist Championship, while the LPGA goes to NYC for the Mizuho Americas Open. Alex is headed to Las Vegas this week for gambling, food, and more. This week's goes is Joe Benz, the CEO of WiTricity, a company revolutionizing how golf carts get charged. Alex chats with Joe about how the company is making it easier than ever to use electric carts, plus what Joe's takes are on what goes on in his golf cart. Boston had one horrible weekend when it came to sports, as the Bruins and Celtics lost in the first round of their playoffs, at home, and the Red Sox continue to stink and the Mike Vrabel saga continues to look worse and worse. As the guys #AlwaysEndWithFood, Alex shares what he's expecting to eat in Vegas, including a cheap hot dog and beer combo, while Michael says rainy days are for baking cookies.
