Needs improvement

Season 2 wasn’t as good as the first. It honestly seems like while the original investigation wasn’t conducted with best practices in mind and there are some strange aspects to the case, in all likelihood it was a terrible accident and nothing more. Unfortunately season 2 just didn’t hold our attention and no real headway seems to have been made with the investigation. We did learn that Catherine’s dads house has an elevator...why that was important to mention I’m not sure!

Please fix the audio!

I love this podcast but the audio is horrible! I understand that the phone and old recordings are hard to work with but many of them are so bad you can’t understand and doesn’t add anything to the podcast. It switches between really low hard to hear audio to super loud audio. I’m constantly fiddling with the volume and being blasted. Season 2 has the worst audio. I think I missed 40% of what was actually said which is sad because I love the story.
