I’m an avid listener to podcast of all types from TED talks, parenting, comedy, relationship, and just stories!! I’m 9 episodes in and am really enjoying it! I believe the underlying story of what fitness for all levels can do for someone’s life is amazing! It’s not only about the way you look but how you feel! What happens to your confidence when you complete a Crossfit workout. You walk away with your head just a little bit higher!! Crossfit isn’t just for the elite athletes.... it’s more about the everyday person seeking to better themselves! Functional fitness and training for life! Host personalities keep you engaged and entertained while educating you along the way! Loving it keep it coming! Listen to it during work day on my drive.
