    Built on Jesus Bible Study | Session 2: Foundation of Forgiveness

    In this episode, we’re going to learn that Jesus loves us regardless of our sin, regardless of our past. We are going to talk about a man who referred to himself as the “chief of sinners” and how he experienced the forgiveness that Jesus offers to all of us. During this 5 session Bible Study, we will dig deep into Scriptures and learn that Jesus’ love provides a foundation that will last. Philippians 1:6 says, “I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” We will discover that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry it to completion. We are all a work in progress.

    Built on Jesus Bible Study | Session 1: Foundation of Love

    Welcome to the “Built on Jesus” Bible Study!  During this study, we will dig deep into Scriptures and learn that Jesus’ love provides a foundation that will last. Philippians 1:6 says, “I am sure of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”  We will discover that He who began a good work will be faithful to carry it to completion. We are all a work in progress.  Today we will focus on Jesus’ love for us and how it provides a foundation for all of life. We are going to talk about a man in the New Testament called Matthew and how Jesus’ love for him changed his life.

    Encountering Jesus | Session 5: Encounter on the Road

    Two people were walking back from Jerusalem and encountered a Stranger. The stranger: Jesus! What happens next is truly amazing. Jesus gives the ultimate Bible study and tells the two Emmaus disciples how the Bible all points to Him. A truly amazing encounter. This is the last session of the Encountering Jesus Bible study.

    Encountering Jesus | Session 4: Encounter at the Tomb

    In this session we study the ultimate encounter. Not just one encounter, but two! Mary Magdalene arrives to the tomb in three days after Jesus‘s death and finds the body is no longer in the tomb. Two disciples come and discover the same thing. Was Jesus‘s body robbed? No, it wasn’t. Three days after his death, Jesus rose from the dead.

    Encountering Jesus | Session 3: Encounter on the Water

    In today’s session we go out to the Sea of Galilee and see how Jesus proved he is God’s Son. While the thing that may catch our attention the most is the fact that Jesus walked on water, this encounter has a deeper truth, and we’re going to discuss that today in this session.

    Encountering Jesus | Session 2: Encounter at the River

    In session 2, we talk about the encounter at the river. When Jesus went to the Jordan River to be baptized. John the Baptist experience is an amazing encounter with Jesus. He realizes that Jesus is the Son of God.
